Job Responsibilities:

✦   Lead the end-to-end design of Salesforce OMS solutions, ensuring seamless integration with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Service Cloud, and ERP systems.

✦   Develop and optimize complex Flows for order orchestration including payment capture, invoice generation, fulfilment routing, and returns/exchanges.

✦   Configure and manage Omnichannel Inventory to provide real-time visibility.

✦   Handle hands-on development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and APIs.

✦   Design and maintain integrations using MuleSoft or middleware.

✦   Audit OMS setups to identify performance bottlenecks.

Job Requirements:

✦   5+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem.

✦   At least 2+ years of dedicated experience in Salesforce OMS.

✦   Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce Flow Builder.

✦   Strong command of Apex, SOQL, and LWC.

✦   Deep understanding of Salesforce Core platform (Objects, Security, Sharing).

✦   Proven experience in retail or e-commerce including shipping logic, tax calculations, and payment gateways.

✦   Salesforce Certified Order Management Administrator or Developer preferred.

✦   Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II.
