Job Responsibilities:
✦ Configuring and administering Salesforce Marketing Cloud to align with strategic needs.
✦ Partnering with Product Team and Enterprise Security team to manage user roles, business units, and security settings.
✦ Implementing schema changes to support business evolution.
✦ Receiving, reviewing, and implementing technical/platform requests.
✦ Designing and implementing initiatives to improve security and performance.
✦ Documenting best practices for Salesforce platform, including sandbox management and updates.
✦ Creating and managing user profiles and roles and monitoring license counts.
✦ Managing Salesforce database schema updates and changes.
✦ Assisting with data integrity reports and exports.
✦ Managing Salesforce release processes including sandbox management and change sets.
✦ Providing level 3 support for Salesforce platform issues.
✦ Monitoring system performance and alerts.
✦ Monitoring integrations with third-party applications.
✦ Training team members on Salesforce platform administration.
Job Requirements:
✦ 3-4 years as a Salesforce platform administrator.
✦ Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) required; Advanced Administrator certification is a plus.
✦ Experience with Experience Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
✦ Salesforce architecture knowledge.
✦ Familiarity with Salesforce data migration tools (Data Loader, Data Import Wizard).
✦ Understanding of integration tools (API connections, middleware).
✦ Excellent problem-solving skills.
✦ Strong communication and documentation skills.
✦ Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
✦ Experience with Apex and Lightning is a plus.
