Job Responsibilities:

✦   Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, administrators, and architects to translate business needs into Salesforce platform solutions.

✦   Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce capabilities using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and automation best practices.

✦   Build and support solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud and contribute to Field Service and Experience Cloud.

✦   Engineer and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, events, and middleware.

✦   Improve platform maintainability by refactoring legacy implementations and reducing technical debt.

✦   Implement secure-by-design practices including data protection and access controls.

✦   Contribute to the DevOps lifecycle including packaging, deployment, and release support.

✦   Participate in agile delivery including sprint planning, development, testing, and defect triage.

✦   Create and maintain technical documentation.

✦   Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Job Requirements:

✦   5+ years of Salesforce platform development experience.

✦   Salesforce Certified Platform Developer required; Platform Developer II or Platform App Builder preferred.

✦   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field.

✦   Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and automation best practices.

✦   Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud; Field Service, Manufacturing Cloud, and Experience Cloud preferred.

✦   Experience designing and supporting integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and event-driven patterns.

✦   Ability to write testable, maintainable code and deliver solutions in enterprise environments.

✦   Experience with Data 360 and Agentforce is a bonus.

✦   Strong communication and collaboration skills.
