Job Responsibilities:
✦ Lead pre-sales activities including discovery, solution architecture, estimation, and proposal development.
✦ Design solution architecture and integration approaches for Salesforce implementations.
✦ Support demos and proof of concepts using Data Cloud, Agentforce, and Tableau.
✦ Lead delivery governance including milestones, change control, release planning, and stakeholder communication.
✦ Ensure alignment between sales commitments and delivery execution.
✦ Act as architecture authority and escalation point during project execution.
✦ Provide hands-on architecture guidance and design reviews.
✦ Build and mentor a team of Salesforce engineers and developers.
✦ Develop reusable assets such as reference architectures, estimation templates, and delivery playbooks.
✦ Collaborate with leadership on practice growth, offerings, and talent strategy.
Job Requirements:
✦ 8–10 years of total experience in CRM or enterprise platforms.
✦ Minimum 5+ years of Salesforce experience including hands-on and leadership roles.
✦ Experience leading multi-workstream and integration-heavy programs.
✦ Strong pre-sales experience including discovery, architecture, and estimation.
✦ Familiarity with Data Cloud, Data 360, Tableau, and Agentforce.
✦ Strong integration expertise with APIs and middleware.
✦ Ability to work with US stakeholders and communicate effectively.
✦ Strong written communication and structured thinking.
✦ Leadership and mentoring capabilities with a player-coach mindset.
