Job Responsibilities:
✦ Work closely with sales and delivery teams to drive client engagements from opportunity to signed statement of work.
✦ Translate client business requirements into Salesforce-powered solutions.
✦ Run product demos and build Proof of Concepts (POCs).
✦ Support proposal creation and solution shaping for winning deals.
✦ Participate in client conversations and solution discussions.
✦ Break down solutions into structured workstreams and assist in effort estimation.
Job Requirements:
✦ 5–7 years of hands-on Salesforce experience.
✦ Exposure to at least two Salesforce clouds such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, or Revenue Cloud.
✦ Strong understanding of Salesforce declarative and programmatic features including Flows, data model design, and integrations.
✦ Experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or business analysis in a Salesforce consulting/SI environment.
✦ Ability to conduct client demos and handle requirement ambiguity.
✦ Strong estimation and proposal writing skills.
✦ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
