Job Responsibilities:
✦ Map business processes to Salesforce capabilities and design solutions aligned with business goals and industry best practices.
✦ Lead workshops, journey mapping, and capability modeling with business stakeholders to define requirements.
✦ Create solution architecture including data models and process flows to align business vision with technical implementation.
✦ Ensure governance and optimization by setting standards, managing technical debt, and driving adoption.
✦ Perform gap analysis to determine customization needs versus standard Salesforce functionality.
✦ Partner with developers, administrators, and consultants to oversee implementation and ensure business value and ROI.
Job Requirements:
✦ Experience with Salesforce platform functionality such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or industry-specific solutions.
✦ Strong ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
✦ Proficiency in business process modeling and mapping to CRM systems.
✦ Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and solution scoping.
✦ Bachelor’s degree required.
✦ Salesforce certifications preferred.
✦ Strong communication skills and ability to present to different audiences.
✦ Ability to analyze processes at a high level and in detail.
✦ Understanding of data collection, process mapping, and requirements documentation.
