Job Responsibilities:

✦   Lead execution of small and large Salesforce-based projects.

✦   Manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects ensuring adherence to scope.

✦   Document project requirements in detail and obtain client approval before implementation.

✦   Act as liaison between consultants, developers, and clients for coordination.

✦   Monitor and report project progress including scope, timeline, budget, and issues.

Job Requirements:

✦   Proven experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.

✦   Strong planning and strategic abilities.

✦   Experience in project documentation and project management.

✦   Ability to manage scope, budget, and schedule discussions.

✦   Familiarity with engagement reviews and quality assurance processes.

✦   Experience with Salesforce platform in a project management capacity preferred.

✦   Background in technology consulting preferred.

✦   Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

✦   Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies (PMP/Agile preferred).
