Job Responsibilities:

✦   Collaborate with onshore stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear, actionable technical requirements.

✦   Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to ensure smooth execution and delivery of software projects.

✦   Proactively identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact on timelines and deliverables.

✦   Lead Agile practices across the offshore team.

✦   Maintain Jira boards for task tracking, sprint planning, and progress reporting.

✦   Organize and lead sprint ceremonies including planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

✦   Act as the primary point of contact between offshore and onshore teams ensuring clear communication and alignment on goals.

✦   Ensure deliverables meet quality standards through code reviews, testing coordination, and adherence to best practices.

✦   Track team performance metrics and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

✦   Identify opportunities to improve project delivery processes and implement enhancements.

Job Requirements:

✦   Proven experience managing enterprise SaaS implementation projects including CRM, CPQ, or sales engagement platforms (Salesforce or equivalent).

✦   Strong cross-functional stakeholder management across Sales, RevOps, and IT.

✦   Ability to manage integration dependencies and system handoffs.

✦   Experience in change management for revenue team tool transitions including training and adoption tracking.

✦   Experience in data migration and system decommissioning.

✦   Ability to define Definition of Done for AI/automation deployments and manage post-launch review cycles.

✦   Strong experience with Agile methodology and Jira.

✦   Experience coordinating offshore and onshore teams.

✦   Knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem is preferred.
