Job Responsibilities:

✦   Lead and manage Salesforce implementation projects from initiation to closure.

✦   Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

✦   Develop project plans and timelines and ensure project milestones are met.

✦   Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and business partners.

✦   Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure project success.

✦   Create and groom user stories for development teams.

✦   Conduct regular project status meetings and communicate project updates to stakeholders.

✦   Perform sprint product demos to showcase progress and gather feedback.

✦   Build testing scripts for internal users and business stakeholders.

✦   Identify and mitigate project risks and issues in a timely manner.

✦   Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are completed within scope and budget.

✦   Manage and track project resources, including timeline and product teams.

Job Requirements:

✦   Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and best practices.

✦   Salesforce Lightning and Service Cloud knowledge.

✦   Proficiency with Agile methodology or similar frameworks.

✦   Proficiency with project management tools.

✦   Experience using Microsoft Teams and SharePoint or similar collaboration software.

✦   Excellent communication skills with strong organizational and documentation abilities.

✦   Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

✦   Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

✦   Minimum 3 years of Salesforce experience.

✦   Experience managing Salesforce implementation projects from start to finish.

✦   Salesforce Lightning and Service Cloud knowledge preferred.

✦   Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred.

✦   Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.

Additional Details:

✦   This is a contract role provided through Talent Solutions; selected candidates will be employed by Talent Solutions, not Hilton.

✦   Fully remote role with a 9 AM ET start time.

✦   Pay rate range: $45 – $58 per hour.
