Job Responsibilities:

✦   Own the complete Salesforce delivery lifecycle, managing scope, timelines, risks, resourcing, and dependencies while ensuring high-quality outcomes and protecting margins.

✦   Lead Agile delivery using frameworks such as Scrum and SAFe, driving sprint execution, backlog prioritisation, and high-performing cross-functional teams.

✦   Develop and manage integrated project plans and delivery roadmaps, ensuring transparent progress reporting and risk visibility.

✦   Drive stakeholder alignment through effective communication, executive reporting, governance forums, and escalation management.

✦   Establish and enforce delivery governance, standards, and best practices, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.

✦   Plan and optimise project resourcing, manage budgets and forecasts, and mitigate delivery and financial risks.

✦   Encourage adoption of AI technologies to improve team efficiency and optimise delivery cycles.

Job Requirements:

✦   10+ years of total experience in the IT industry with 5+ years delivering Salesforce projects.

✦   Ability to speak Japanese language.

✦   Experience managing Salesforce implementations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and/or Industry clouds.

✦   Strong understanding of Salesforce delivery lifecycle and ability to collaborate with Architects and Technical Leads.

✦   Strong communication skills with senior stakeholders and executives.

✦   Salesforce certifications such as Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, or Experience Cloud Consultant.

✦   Project or Agile management certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist, PRINCE2, CSM, or PSM.

✦   Experience with tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Smartsheets, and Google Workspace.

✦   Exposure to AI-enabled delivery tools and agentic delivery mindset.

✦   Willingness to travel as needed.

✦   Preferred: Experience in Financial Services, Consumer Goods, Healthcare, or Life Sciences domains.

✦   Preferred: Exposure to MuleSoft, Salesforce Data Cloud, or related platforms.

✦   Preferred: Salesforce Agentforce certifications and experience.
