Job Responsibilities:

✦   Lead and own end-to-end delivery of global Salesforce implementations using Agile methodologies and AI-enabled practices.

✦   Manage scope, timelines, risks, resourcing, dependencies, and ensure high-quality delivery outcomes.

✦   Drive Agile delivery using frameworks such as Scrum and SAFe, including sprint execution and backlog prioritization.

✦   Develop and manage project plans and delivery roadmaps with transparent progress reporting.

✦   Drive stakeholder alignment through communication, executive reporting, and governance forums.

✦   Establish delivery governance, standards, and best practices ensuring compliance and quality.

✦   Plan and optimize project resources, manage budgets, forecasts, and mitigate risks.

✦   Encourage adoption of AI technologies to enhance productivity and delivery efficiency.

Job Requirements:

✦   10+ years of total IT experience with 5+ years delivering Salesforce projects.

✦   Ability to speak Japanese language.

✦   Experience managing Salesforce implementations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Industry clouds.

✦   Strong understanding of Salesforce delivery lifecycle and collaboration with architects and technical leads.

✦   Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

✦   Salesforce certification such as Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, or Experience Cloud Consultant.

✦   Project or Agile management certification such as PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist, PRINCE2, CSM, or PSM.

✦   Experience with tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Smartsheets, or Google Workspace.

✦   Exposure to AI-enabled delivery tools and agentic delivery mindset.

✦   Willingness to travel as needed.

✦   Any graduate or postgraduate.
