Job Responsibilities:
✦ Lead large-scale Salesforce implementation programs (single or multi-org) from inception through stabilization.
✦ Manage multi-cloud Salesforce engagements including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, Field Service, Manufacturing Cloud, and Data Cloud.
✦ Govern delivery across cross-functional teams (Salesforce architects, developers, Client, QA, integration, data, change management).
✦ Own project planning, execution, monitoring, and control using Agile, SAFe, or hybrid delivery models.
✦ Lead Salesforce programs covering dealer/distributor network enablement, aftermarket service operations (case management, service contracts, entitlements), warranty and claims management, assets/installed base and serial number tracking, parts ordering, returns, and service logistics, fleet, B2B, and multi-site account hierarchies.
✦ Ensure Salesforce solutions align to OEM, Tier-1 supplier, and distributor operating models.
