Job Responsibilities:

✦   • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for Salesforce applications.

✦   • Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing for Salesforce platforms.

✦   • Automate test scenarios for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom Salesforce applications.

✦   • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to understand requirements and test scope.

✦   • Execute automated test suites and analyze results to identify defects.

✦   • Log, track, and retest defects using standard defect management processes.

✦   • Validate Salesforce integrations with external systems and data flows.

✦   • Ensure test coverage for Apex classes, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and configurations.

✦   • Support UAT cycles and provide testing sign-off inputs.

✦   • Continuously improve test automation frameworks and testing best practices.

✦   • Mentor junior testers and provide guidance on Salesforce testing standards.

Job Requirements:

✦   • Strong experience in Salesforce testing and automation.

✦   • Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Provar, or similar frameworks.

✦   • Good understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model.

✦   • Experience in testing Apex code, Lightning Web Components, and Flows.

✦   • Knowledge of API testing and integration testing concepts.

✦   • Experience with test management and defect tracking tools.

✦   • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

✦   • Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.

✦   • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing integration is a plus.

✦   • Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder certification is a plus.
