Job Responsibilities:

✦   Lead and drive end-to-end QA activities for Salesforce applications, including planning, execution, and reporting.

✦   Perform manual testing on Salesforce modules such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom implementations.

✦   Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed test scenarios and test cases.

✦   Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and business analysts to ensure complete test coverage.

✦   Conduct functional, integration, system, regression, and UAT support testing.

✦   Validate Salesforce configurations including workflows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and custom objects.

✦   Identify, log, track, and manage defects using defect tracking tools.

✦   Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems through thorough validation.

✦   Participate in release planning, sprint reviews, and QA sign-offs.

✦   Mentor junior QA team members and promote QA best practices.

Job Requirements:

✦   8+ years of experience in Software Testing / QA, with strong focus on manual testing.

✦   Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce testing.

✦   Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).

✦   Experience in testing Lightning and Classic interfaces.

✦   Proficiency in writing test plans, test cases, and test execution reports.

✦   Hands-on experience with defect management tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM).

✦   Strong knowledge of SDLC and STLC methodologies, especially Agile/Scrum.

✦   Ability to work independently and manage end-to-end QA ownership.

✦   Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

✦   Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder).

✦   Exposure to API testing and integrations.

✦   Basic knowledge of test automation tools (added advantage).

✦   Experience working in CI/CD environments.

✦   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

✦   Attention to detail and quality-focused mindset.

✦   Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

✦   Leadership and mentoring capabilities.
