Job Responsibilities:

✦   Perform end-to-end manual testing of Salesforce workflows including Lead-to-Cash, CPQ, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

✦   Design and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright for regression and CI/CD testing.

✦   Analyze business requirements and user stories to create test plans and test cases.

✦   Validate data integrity across Salesforce objects and external systems such as ERP and data warehouses using SOQL and SQL.

✦   Identify, document, and track defects in Jira and collaborate with developers for resolution.

✦   Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and daily stand-ups.

✦   Perform functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing for Salesforce applications.

✦   Support API testing using tools like Postman or JMeter.

Job Requirements:

✦   5+ years of experience in Salesforce testing.

✦   Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform including Profiles, Permission Sets, Validation Rules, and Workflows.

✦   Experience in manual testing of Salesforce applications.

✦   Hands-on or strong conceptual knowledge of Playwright automation framework.

✦   Experience with JavaScript or TypeScript is a plus.

✦   Experience in API testing using REST/SOAP and tools like Postman.

✦   Strong experience with Jira for test and defect management.

✦   Knowledge of SOQL for data validation.

✦   Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

✦   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
