Job Responsibilities:

✦   Perform comprehensive manual and functional testing across Salesforce clouds, specifically Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

✦   Validate Salesforce security models (sharing rules, profiles, permission sets) and test custom objects, validation rules, and Apex triggers.

✦   Conduct REST API testing and integration testing between Salesforce and third-party systems.

✦   Develop and maintain test plans and test cases for new and existing features.

✦   Execute cross-browser testing, mobile testing, and translation testing.

✦   Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders.

✦   Maintain regression suites to ensure platform updates do not impact existing customizations.

✦   Utilize Data Loader for bulk data operations while ensuring referential integrity.

✦   Participate in defect triage meetings and communicate with development and project management teams.

✦   Build and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Provar, AccelQ, or Copado Robotic Testing.

✦   Work with governance teams to ensure documentation meets compliance and audit standards.

✦   Utilize DevOps tools like Copado, Gearset, or Flosum within an Agile CI/CD pipeline.

Job Requirements:

✦   Minimum of 4 years in SFDC manual testing with hands-on automation experience.

✦   Experience writing test scripts; familiarity with programming languages like Python is preferred.

✦   Experience with Copado Automation is a plus.

✦   Ability to write SOQL queries to verify backend data integrity.

✦   Strong hands-on experience in Agile Scrum process and working within sprint cycles.

✦   Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent.

✦   Salesforce Administrator Certified (ADM-201) certification is mandatory.

✦   Preferred certifications include ISTQB or equivalent QA certification.

✦   Strong ability to independently drive complex projects.

✦   Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

✦   Ability to adapt to complex situations and create test plans from vague specifications.
