Job Responsibilities:

✦   Perform functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing for Salesforce applications with focus on Sales Cloud and CPQ modules.

✦   Validate end-to-end CPQ processes including product configuration, pricing, quoting, discounting, approvals, and contract lifecycle.

✦   Test SaaS workflows such as subscriptions, renewals, amendments, billing, and invoicing.

✦   Develop and execute test cases, test scripts, and test data based on business requirements and user stories.

✦   Ensure data accuracy across Salesforce objects such as Accounts, Opportunities, Quotes, Contracts, and Orders.

✦   Validate integrations between Salesforce and external systems including ERP, billing systems, and payment gateways.

✦   Perform API testing using tools like Postman and REST clients.

✦   Collaborate with developers, admins, and business stakeholders for requirement validation and defect resolution.

✦   Log and track defects using JIRA or Azure DevOps.

✦   Support automation testing using tools like Selenium or Provar where applicable.

✦   Ensure compliance with SaaS revenue models and pricing rules.

✦   Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Job Requirements:

✦   8+ years of experience in Salesforce QA/testing.

✦   Strong experience in Salesforce CPQ testing.

✦   Experience in SaaS business processes such as subscriptions, renewals, and billing.

✦   Good understanding of Salesforce data model and CPQ components like pricing rules and quote templates.

✦   Experience in manual and automation testing.

✦   Proficiency in API testing (REST/SOAP).

✦   Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

✦   Familiarity with tools like JIRA, TestRail, or ALM.

✦   Understanding of Quote-to-Cash and Revenue Cloud processes.

✦   Any graduate degree.
