Job Responsibilities:

✦   Define and implement the QA vision and roadmap for Salesforce and integrated enterprise applications.

✦   Establish a QA Center of Excellence focused on automation, best practices, reusable frameworks, and continuous improvement.

✦   Develop and enforce QA governance, test standards, and defect management processes.

✦   Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Salesforce QA Engineers and automation testers.

✦   Manage team performance, workload balancing, and cross-functional collaboration.

✦   Partner with technical leads and product owners to ensure end-to-end test coverage.

✦   Design and implement automation frameworks across Salesforce and enterprise applications.

✦   Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines for deployment validation.

✦   Ensure QA practices for end-to-end processes across Salesforce, Oracle, and on-premise systems.

✦   Collaborate with architecture and DevOps teams for environment management and test data automation.

✦   Define and track QA KPIs and establish automated quality dashboards.

✦   Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and lessons learned.

Job Requirements:

✦   Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

✦   10+ years of overall QA experience with 5+ years managing Salesforce and enterprise QA teams.

✦   Proven experience in Salesforce multi-cloud testing (Sales, Service, Experience, CPQ, Billing, Revenue Cloud).

✦   Hands-on experience with test automation tools and API testing frameworks.

✦   Knowledge of Oracle EBS/Fusion, Azure cloud, and integration testing.

✦   Familiarity with AI testing innovations and automation frameworks.

✦   Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum, DevOps pipelines, and CI/CD integration.

✦   Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

✦   Salesforce and QA-related certifications are preferred.
