Job Responsibilities:

✦   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and design comprehensive test plans.

✦   Develop and implement effective testing strategies for Salesforce applications.

✦   Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases based on business requirements and user stories.

✦   Execute test cases, document results, and manage defects to closure.

✦   Utilize automation tools and frameworks to design and implement automated test scripts for Salesforce applications.

✦   Work towards achieving a high level of test automation coverage to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

✦   Conduct regular regression testing to ensure that new developments do not negatively impact existing functionality.

✦   Collaborate with developers to identify and fix defects and issues.

✦   Perform performance testing on Salesforce applications to ensure they meet scalability and performance requirements.

✦   Work closely with development teams, product owners, and other stakeholders to understand the project scope and requirements.

✦   Clearly communicate testing progress, issues, and results to the project team.

✦   Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in Salesforce testing.

✦   Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the enhancement of the overall testing process.

Job Requirements:

✦   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

✦   4 to 6 years of experience in quality assurance and testing.

✦   Strong experience in testing Salesforce applications, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other custom solutions.

✦   Proficient in creating and executing test cases for both manual and automated testing.

✦   Hands-on experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium, Apex Test Framework, or similar.

✦   Solid understanding of Salesforce configuration and customization.

✦   Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

✦   Strong communication and collaboration skills.

✦   Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, or similar) are a plus.
