Job Responsibilities:

✦   Develop, document, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications.

✦   Ensure test coverage for all functional, integration, regression, and performance testing scenarios.

✦   Perform manual and automated testing of Salesforce customizations, integrations, and new features.

✦   Validate Salesforce configurations, workflows, approval processes, and custom objects.

✦   Identify, log, and track defects in a bug-tracking system.

✦   Work closely with developers, salesforce admins, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure alignment.

✦   Collaborate in Agile/Scrum teams to deliver high-quality software on time.

✦   Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Provar, or other Salesforce-compatible automation frameworks.

✦   Execute and analyze automated test results to ensure system stability.

✦   Provide detailed reports on testing progress, defect status, and quality metrics.

✦   Document test results and provide feedback to the development team for continuous improvement.

Job Requirements:

✦   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

✦   2+ years of experience in Salesforce QA or software testing roles.

✦   Strong understanding of Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.).

✦   Hands-on experience with Salesforce testing tools and automation frameworks.

✦   Proficiency in test management tools like JIRA, TestRail, or similar.

✦   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

✦   Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

✦   Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce QA Specialist) are a plus.

✦   Experience with APIs and integration testing.

✦   Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.

✦   Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git.

✦   Familiarity with CPQ beneficial.
