Job Responsibilities:

✦   Analyze business and functional requirements in collaboration with Business Analysts and Product Owners.

✦   Collaborate with business analysts and developers to understand Salesforce requirements and translate them into test scenarios.

✦   Validate Salesforce configurations, customizations, workflows, and integrations with external systems.

✦   Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing across Salesforce modules.

✦   Conduct end-to-end testing including validations of Apex classes, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components.

✦   Ensure data integrity and accuracy during testing of Salesforce objects, reports, and dashboards.

✦   Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and regression suites for Salesforce applications.

✦   Document defects, track resolution, and ensure timely closure with development teams.

✦   Participate in release management processes, ensuring smooth deployment of Salesforce updates.

Job Requirements:

✦   5 – 10 years of experience.

✦   Hands-on experience in Salesforce CRM testing, particularly within the Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and Lightning components.

✦   Experience with Salesforce Standard and Custom Objects, Flows, Triggers, and Apex code.

✦   Experience using Salesforce Inspector, Data Loader, and Workbench.

✦   Knowledge of Salesforce data models, security models, and metadata configurations.

✦   Knowledge of QA Testing process and Test Management Tools.

✦   Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

✦   Communication skills.

✦   Analytical thinking.

✦   Documentation skills.

✦   Knowledge of Agile Methodology.

✦   Time management skills.

✦   Salesforce Certification preferred.
