Job Responsibilities:
✦ Develop detailed test plans and test cases for CRM modules such as Lead Management, Opportunity Management, Account & Contact Management, and Case/Service Management.
✦ Execute system, integration, and regression testing for CRM workflows to ensure functional and data consistency.
✦ Validate customizations, configurations, and business rules within CRM applications.
✦ Perform data validation using SQL queries, reports, or analytics dashboards.
✦ Collaborate with functional and technical teams to understand business rules, requirements, and expected outcomes.
✦ Support testing activities for connected systems like ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento).
✦ Verify end-to-end data synchronization across CRM → ERP → eCommerce to ensure accurate customer and transaction data flow.
✦ Test scenarios involving quotes, orders, invoices, and support cases across systems.
✦ Work closely with integration and development teams to troubleshoot and validate cross-application issues.
✦ Design and maintain automation frameworks for regression, smoke, and end-to-end testing.
✦ Build and enhance automation scripts using Selenium, Playwright, RestAssured, or Postman.
✦ Integrate automation suites within CI/CD pipelines for continuous validation and reporting.
✦ Use scripting or platform-native tools (e.g., Apex test classes, JavaScript, Python) to automate repetitive validation processes.
✦ Validate data flow and synchronization across enterprise systems connected via integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, Celigo, or similar iPaaS tools.
✦ Debug API payloads, mapping errors, and transformation rules to ensure end-to-end process accuracy.
✦ Maintain test data repositories and reusability for multiple testing cycles.
✦ Collaborate with integration teams to resolve synchronization and data mapping issues.
✦ Create and maintain detailed documentation for test plans, test results, and test case repositories.
✦ Ensure QA deliverables meet compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, SOC2).
✦ Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, refinement, and daily standups.
✦ Support continuous improvement initiatives by contributing to QA process optimization.
Job Requirements:
✦ 3-6 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance with a mix of manual and automation testing.
✦ Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, SAP CRM, or similar.
✦ Understanding of ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and eCommerce workflows.
✦ Experience with test automation frameworks and tools: Selenium / Playwright / RestAssured / Postman.
✦ Familiarity with API testing, integration testing, and CI/CD environments.
✦ Strong analytical, debugging, and documentation skills.
✦ Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
✦ Exposure to iPaaS platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, Celigo, or similar.
✦ Certifications such as ISTQB Certified Tester — Foundation Level, Salesforce Administrator, or equivalent CRM certification.
✦ Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
✦ Experience with data integration or ETL testing.
✦ Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving capability.
✦ Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and platforms.
✦ Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
✦ Proactive and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on quality.
