Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for Salesforce applications using approved automation tools and frameworks.

✦   Develop and execute test plans tailored to Salesforce-specific functionalities including Flows, Triggers, and Apex Jobs.

✦   Perform testing-related tasks ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

✦   Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business analysts to understand business processes and testing requirements.

✦   Communicate testing progress, challenges, and resolutions to stakeholders.

✦   Work within Agile development methodologies.

✦   Monitor, maintain, and enforce quality metrics.

✦   Collaborate with the team to improve documentation and testing processes.

✦   Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices related to QA automation.

✦   Monitor and support existing automated processes.

Job Requirements:

✦   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Math, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

✦   At least 2 years of experience in software testing, preferably with Salesforce applications.

✦   Experience with object-oriented programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Java.

✦   Familiarity with software development best practices and tools like version control and code review.

✦   Understanding of quality metrics including reliability, repeatability, and resiliency.

✦   Strong foundation in Apex and familiarity with Salesforce automations such as Flows and Triggers.

✦   Experience with SOQL, SOSL, and API technologies such as SOAP and REST.

✦   Knowledge of Salesforce tools including Lightning Web Components, Aura, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps Center.

✦   Experience in financial or investment sector is a plus.

✦   Experience with Copado Robotic Testing platform is a plus.

Additional Details:

✦   Salary range: $125,000 – $155,000 USD.

✦   Eligible for annual discretionary bonus and benefits including healthcare, retirement plan, tuition reimbursement, and flexible time off.

✦   Hybrid work model with at least 4 days in office per week.
