Job Responsibilities:

✦   Translate business/user stories into test scenarios and acceptance criteria.

✦   Design and execute functional, regression, integration, and UAT test cases for Salesforce (Lightning).

✦   Validate Apex triggers/classes, Flows, Validation Rules, Profiles/Permission Sets, Page Layouts, Record Types, and Reports/Dashboards.

✦   Test REST/SOAP integrations, middleware (e.g., MuleSoft), data loads (Data Loader/Workbench), and error handling.

✦   Maintain regression suites; identify, document, and track defects to closure.

✦   Collaborate with Product Owners, Admins, Developers, and Release Managers in Agile ceremonies.

✦   Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and governance (profiles, sharing rules, FLS).

✦   Support UAT planning, execution, and sign-offs with business stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

✦   3-5 years of QA experience with at least 3+ years on Salesforce.

✦   Strong knowledge of Salesforce Lightning, core CRM objects, and configuration patterns.

✦   Experience testing Apex, Flows, validation rules, and integration interfaces (API testing using Postman/Workbench).

✦   Proficient with test management tools (Jira/Xray, Azure DevOps, or similar) and defect lifecycle.

✦   Hands-on with SOQL/SOSL for data validation.

✦   Familiarity with data migration testing and sandbox strategies.

✦   Clear understanding of Agile/Scrum, CI/CD basics, and release management.

✦   Exposure to Provar, Selenium, or Robot Framework for Salesforce test automation.

✦   Experience with Experience Cloud, CPQ, Field Service, or Marketing Cloud testing.

✦   Certifications: Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201), Platform App Builder, ISTQB Foundation.
