Job Responsibilities:

✦   Responsible for creating and maintaining different sandboxes/orgs throughout the project lifecycle.

✦   Implement branching and CI process for continuous deployments.

✦   Coordinate with the development team, ops team and QA teams to ensure smooth application delivery at different stages of the lifecycle.

✦   Conduct release readiness reviews and contribute in Business Go/No-Go reviews.

Job Requirements:

✦   6+ years of experience as a Salesforce Release Manager.

✦   Excellent knowledge in code deployment version conflict resolution.

✦   Experience in one or more CI/CD tools such as GitLab, Copado, Flosum, Jenkins.

✦   Excellent communication skills – interpersonal, written and verbal.

✦   Excellent listening and facilitation skills; the ability to sense organizational vibrations.

✦   Coaching and mentoring skills, especially influencing others to move toward a common goal or vision.

✦   Entrepreneurship and resourcefulness – an initiative-taker.

✦   Self-awareness, with a desire for constant self-improvement.

✦   Must be a collaborator and able to work with and through others.
