Job Requirements:

✦   Minimum 5 years of experience implementing Salesforce solutions.

✦   Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience on Salesforce CPQ/Billing.

✦   At least 2 end-to-end CPQ/Billing implementations.

✦   Experience with configuration and implementation of Salesforce CPQ including products configuration, bundles, pricebook, quotes, price rules, product rules, discount schedules, and workflows.

✦   Experience with advanced approval and CPQ quote document.

✦   Hands-on experience implementing CPQ Billing including contract renewal, amendment, subscriptions, billing rules, tax rules, invoice scheduler, and payment.

✦   Strong understanding of quote-to-cash business process.

✦   Hands-on experience in Force.com platform using Apex, Visualforce, and flows.

✦   Experience working with Lightning and web components.

✦   Good experience in Salesforce configuration, security, and mapping features to business requirements.

✦   Strong RDBMS knowledge and SOQL queries.

✦   Good written and verbal communication skills.

✦   Experience with Salesforce Billing or similar systems.

✦   Experience with SOAP, REST, platform events, streaming APIs, and third-party integrations.

✦   Experience delivering technical solutions across Salesforce clouds.

✦   Experience implementing integration solutions between CRM, ERP, and financial systems.

✦   Bachelor’s Degree.

✦   4 years of experience.

✦   Oral and written proficiency in English required.

✦   Master’s Degree preferred.

✦   Degree in BE / B Tech / MCA / M.Sc / M.E / M.Tech / CA.

✦   Understanding of ASC 606 and IFRS 15.

✦   Familiarity with revenue management tools.

✦   Experience integrating data between systems.

✦   Analyzing and interpreting business processes.

✦   Exposure to Salesforce Admin certification.

✦   Supporting Revenue Cloud-related solutions.

✦   Identifying process enhancement opportunities.

✦   Collaborating with senior developers and consultants.
