Job Responsibilities:

✦   Analyze and optimize revenue cycle processes.

✦   Ensure accurate and effective communication of project outcomes.

✦   Support the business in leveraging Salesforce Revenue Cloud to streamline sales processes and improve productivity.

Job Requirements:

✦   Proficiency in Revenue Cycle Management and in-depth understanding of Salesforce CPQ.

✦   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

✦   Solid finance and accounting expertise to manage revenue processes effectively.

✦   Excellent communication skills to work with stakeholders, technical teams, and non-technical users.

✦   Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.

✦   Experience with digital transformation in sales and revenue operations is advantageous.

✦   Certification in Salesforce CPQ or Salesforce Revenue Cloud is a plus.

✦   7+ years of relevant IT experience, including 2+ years in Salesforce Revenue Cloud or CPQ.

✦   Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash (QTC) lifecycle.

✦   Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning (LWC/Aura).
