Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design and optimize AI-powered revenue processes across sales, post-sales, renewals, and forecasting.

✦   Build scalable revenue frameworks that unify cross-department workflows.

✦   Lead implementation and continuous improvement of Agentforce Revenue Management solutions.

✦   Evaluate and deploy new capabilities aligned with enterprise revenue strategy.

✦   Partner with Sales, Finance, Product, and Operations teams to align revenue processes and eliminate friction.

✦   Drive cross-functional alignment and influence revenue strategy and operational decisions.

✦   Implement AI-powered forecasting models and insights to improve revenue accuracy and predictability.

✦   Oversee data governance, revenue analytics, and KPI frameworks.

✦   Lead enterprise-scale change initiatives and ensure adoption of revenue tools and processes.

✦   Mentor teams on revenue best practices and AI-driven workflows.

Job Requirements:

✦   6+ years of experience in Salesforce or revenue operations consulting roles.

✦   Strong experience in revenue lifecycle processes including sales, post-sales, renewals, and forecasting.

✦   Experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud / Agentforce Revenue Management.

✦   Ability to work with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, Product, and Operations.

✦   Strong experience in AI-driven forecasting and revenue analytics.

✦   Experience in enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations and transformation projects.

✦   Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
