Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design and implement end-to-end Revenue Cloud architecture—covering CPQ, billing, contract management, and revenue recognition workflows.

✦   Translate complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce configurations, leveraging Revenue Cloud objects, pricing rules, and automation tools.

✦   Collaborate with finance, sales ops, and legal teams to align revenue recognition logic with GAAP/IFRS standards within Salesforce.

✦   Integrate Revenue Cloud with ERP systems (like NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) and billing tools via APIs and middleware like Mulesoft or Azure Logic Apps.

✦   Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), train business users, and deliver post-go-live support to ensure adoption and ROI.

✦   Document system designs, data models, and change logs; maintain governance over revenue-related Salesforce metadata and configurations.
