Job Responsibilities:
✦ Enhance and support Salesforce CPQ functionality to improve pricing, discounting, approvals, and quoting processes.
✦ Troubleshoot issues related to Salesforce CPQ and sales workflows, ensuring seamless system performance.
✦ Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Business Systems teams to align processes with business objectives.
✦ Develop and maintain reporting tools, ensuring data quality and supporting deal governance initiatives.
✦ Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to optimize the Salesforce environment.
✦ Provide technical expertise in API development and configuration management within Salesforce.
✦ Partner with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for system enhancements.
✦ Ensure compliance with organizational standards through effective configuration and client-side scripting.
✦ Support ongoing maintenance of the Salesforce environment.
Job Requirements:
✦ Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience working with Salesforce, specifically in Revenue Operations or CPQ.
✦ Strong expertise in Salesforce CPQ in a production environment.
✦ In-depth understanding of Quote-to-Cash processes and Revenue Operations workflows.
✦ Proven experience working in established Salesforce organizations, preferably in a SaaS environment.
✦ Familiarity with API development and configuration management within Salesforce.
✦ Proficiency in client-side scripting and creating detailed business requirement documents.
✦ Salesforce Admin or CPQ certification is highly desirable.
✦ Background in Deal Desk or Revenue Operations is a plus.
