Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design, develop, and implement Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions based on business requirements.

✦   Customize Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Flows.

✦   Manage Sales Cloud features including Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Contacts, and Reports/Dashboards.

✦   Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications using APIs.

✦   Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide scalable solutions.

✦   Perform data migration, data quality management, and system enhancements.

✦   Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support.

Job Requirements:

✦   5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud.

✦   Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning (LWC/Aura).

✦   Experience with Salesforce configuration (Workflows, Process Builder, Flows).

✦   Knowledge of integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).

✦   Good understanding of sales processes and CRM best practices.

✦   Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

✦   Salesforce certifications (Admin / Platform Developer) preferred.

✦   Experience with Lightning Experience and Agile methodologies preferred.
