Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

✦   Identify and generate new business opportunities.

✦   Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.

✦   Build strong client relationships and drive long-term value.

✦   Understand customer pain points and position Salesforce solutions effectively.

✦   Collaborate with pre-sales teams for demos and proposals.

✦   Meet or exceed sales targets and maintain a strong pipeline.

Job Requirements:

✦   Experience in B2B or enterprise sales.

✦   Strong negotiation and closing skills.

✦   Good understanding of CRM and SaaS business models.

✦   Hands-on exposure to Salesforce (Sales Cloud or Service Cloud).

✦   Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

✦   Salesforce Certified Administrator (Mandatory).

✦   Salesforce Consultant Certification (Good to have).
