Job Responsibilities:

✦   Understand customizations done in Classic and evaluate if they are needed in Lightning.

✦   Prepare a prioritized list of custom components that need to be migrated to Lightning Web Component.

✦   Perform actions to optimize usage and performance.

✦   Use code analysis tools to analyze custom codes and their efficiency.

✦   Design solutions based on configuration and use of OOB features to ensure scalability of the org.

✦   Use Lightning Flows to automate processing needs.

✦   Reduce technical debt.

✦   Provide thought leadership to improve user adoption.

Job Requirements:

✦   Salesforce LWC, Apex, Triggers.

✦   5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Lightning Web Component developer.
