Job Responsibilities:
✦ Design and configure Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect including contact flows, queues, and routing profiles.
✦ Develop server-side logic using Apex or Node.js and integrate RESTful APIs.
✦ Build custom Lightning Web Components (LWC) for Service Console.
✦ Create IVR systems and implement Lambda-based integrations and Lex bots.
✦ Develop and manage Amazon Connect instances, contact flows, and routing profiles.
✦ Integrate AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, S3, and Kinesis.
✦ Configure Salesforce Service Cloud features like Omni-Channel, Knowledge, and Service Console.
✦ Provide production support, incident response, and root cause analysis.
✦ Collaborate with teams to ensure performance and compliance.
✦ Perform debugging and testing for reliability.
✦ Enable and configure Workforce Management features.
Job Requirements:
✦ Strong experience in Salesforce Service Cloud Voice implementation.
✦ Expertise in Amazon Connect and AWS Contact Center architecture.
✦ Experience with telephony systems such as Genesys and Avaya.
✦ Strong knowledge of AWS services including Lambda, API Gateway, S3, and Kinesis.
✦ Experience with Apex or Node.js development.
✦ Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC).
✦ Understanding of IVR systems and chatbot integration using Amazon Lex and Polly.
✦ Experience in production support and incident management.
✦ Knowledge of cloud security, IAM, and compliance standards.
✦ Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
✦ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
