Job Responsibilities:
✦ Design and configure Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect including contact flows, queues, and routing profiles.
✦ Develop server-side logic using Apex or Node.js and integrate REST APIs for telephony data.
✦ Build custom Lightning Web Components (LWC) for Service Console enhancements.
✦ Develop IVR systems and Lambda-based integrations using Python/Node.js.
✦ Implement Amazon Lex bots and Polly text-to-speech solutions.
✦ Manage routing, queuing, and security policies for contact centers.
✦ Configure Salesforce Service Cloud features including Omni-Channel, Knowledge, and Service Console.
✦ Integrate Service Cloud Voice with AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, S3, and Kinesis.
✦ Enable transcription, sentiment analysis, and call recording capabilities.
✦ Provide production support, incident response, and root cause analysis.
✦ Collaborate with security and network teams ensuring compliance and performance.
✦ Perform testing, debugging, and optimization of voice-enabled features.
✦ Configure workforce management features including forecasting, scheduling, and capacity planning.
✦ Ensure compliance with healthcare data regulations (HIPAA, GDPR, PHI, PII).
Job Requirements:
✦ Minimum 5 years of software development experience.
✦ Strong experience in Apex, Triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
✦ Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect.
✦ Strong understanding of Service Cloud, CTI, IVR, and Omni-Channel.
✦ Hands-on experience with AWS services including Lambda, API Gateway, Kinesis, S3, Lex, and Polly.
✦ Experience in REST/SOAP APIs and integration development.
✦ Knowledge of CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.
✦ Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required.
✦ Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant certification required.
✦ Strong communication and teamwork skills.
✦ Ability to work in fast-paced environments.
