Job Responsibilities:

✦   Manage user lifecycle including provisioning, deactivation, role/profile assignment, and permission sets.

✦   Design and maintain role hierarchy, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.

✦   Conduct periodic user access reviews and audits.

✦   Implement and maintain least privilege access model.

✦   Define role hierarchy aligned with organizational structure.

✦   Control record-level visibility using OWD, role hierarchy, and sharing rules.

✦   Ensure sensitive data is not exposed unnecessarily.

✦   Ensure compliance with SOC and SOX controls.

✦   Monitor and enforce data security policies, field-level security, and object access.

✦   Support internal and external audits with documentation and evidence.

✦   Maintain audit trails, login monitoring, and security health checks.

✦   Implement IP restrictions, MFA policies, and session security settings.

✦   Monitor and optimize Salesforce governor limits.

✦   Collaborate with developers to ensure scalable and compliant solutions.

✦   Maintain change management and release processes.

✦   Develop basic automation using Flows.

✦   Use Python scripting for reporting and automation support.

✦   Support integrations with external systems including AWS-based services.

✦   Generate reports and dashboards for user activity, access, and compliance.

✦   Track system performance and usage metrics.

✦   Identify and mitigate risks proactively.

Job Requirements:

✦   5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience.

✦   Strong knowledge of Salesforce user management including profiles, roles, and permission sets.

✦   Strong understanding of Salesforce security model.

✦   Knowledge of governor limits and platform constraints.

✦   Experience supporting SOC and SOX audits and compliance requirements.

✦   Familiarity with Salesforce Setup, Reports, and Dashboards.

✦   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

✦   Experience with Salesforce Flows and automation tools.

✦   Understanding of Identity and Access Management (SSO, OAuth, SAML) preferred.

✦   Experience with Salesforce Shield and encryption preferred.

✦   Basic understanding of AWS services such as S3, IAM, and Lambda preferred.

✦   Basic Python scripting skills preferred.

✦   Experience with DevOps tools such as Copado or Gearset preferred.

✦   Knowledge of Salesforce REST/SOAP APIs preferred.
