Job Responsibilities:

✦   Manage user lifecycle including provisioning, deactivation, role/profile assignment, and permission sets.

✦   Design and maintain role hierarchy, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.

✦   Conduct periodic user access reviews and audits.

✦   Implement and maintain least privilege access model.

✦   Define role hierarchy aligned with organizational structure.

✦   Control record-level visibility using OWD, role hierarchy, and sharing rules.

✦   Ensure sensitive data protection and restricted access.

✦   Ensure compliance with SOC and SOX controls.

✦   Monitor and enforce data security policies, field-level security, and object access.

✦   Support internal and external audits with proper documentation.

✦   Maintain audit trails, login monitoring, and security health checks.

✦   Implement IP restrictions, MFA policies, and session security settings.

✦   Monitor and optimize Salesforce governor limits.

✦   Collaborate with developers to ensure scalable and compliant solutions.

✦   Maintain change management and release processes.

✦   Develop automation using Flows and Process Builder.

✦   Use Python scripting for reporting, automation, or integrations.

✦   Support integrations with external systems including AWS services.

✦   Generate reports and dashboards for user activity and compliance.

✦   Track system performance and usage metrics.

✦   Proactively identify and mitigate risks.

Job Requirements:

✦   5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience.

✦   Strong knowledge of user management including profiles, roles, and permission sets.

✦   Understanding of Salesforce security model, governor limits, and platform constraints.

✦   Experience supporting SOC/SOX audits and compliance.

✦   Familiarity with Salesforce Setup, Reports, and Dashboards.

✦   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

✦   Experience working in regulated environments is preferred.

✦   Exposure to AWS services such as S3, IAM, and Lambda.

✦   Basic proficiency in Python scripting.

✦   Experience with Salesforce Shield, Identity & Access Management (SSO, OAuth, SAML), and DevOps tools like Copado or Gearset.

✦   Knowledge of Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.

✦   Strong analytical and documentation skills.
