Job Responsibilities:

✦   Manage end-to-end user lifecycle including provisioning, deactivation, and role/profile assignment.

✦   Design and maintain roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.

✦   Implement least privilege access model.

✦   Control record-level access using OWD, role hierarchy, and sharing rules.

✦   Conduct periodic user access reviews and audits.

✦   Ensure adherence to SOC/SOX controls and audit requirements.

✦   Maintain audit trails, login monitoring, and security checks.

✦   Enforce field-level security and data protection policies.

✦   Support internal and external audits with proper documentation.

✦   Monitor and optimize Salesforce governor limits (SOQL, CPU time, DML).

✦   Manage change control, sandbox deployments, and release processes.

✦   Collaborate with developers to ensure secure and scalable solutions.

✦   Develop automation using Flows.

✦   Use basic Python scripting for reporting or automation.

✦   Support integrations with AWS services (IAM, S3, Lambda).

✦   Create reports and dashboards for user activity, access, and compliance.

✦   Track system performance and usage metrics.

✦   Proactively identify and mitigate risks.

Job Requirements:

✦   5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience (security-focused).

✦   Strong knowledge of Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, OWD, Role Hierarchy, and Salesforce Security Model.

✦   Experience supporting SOC/SOX audits and compliance.

✦   Hands-on experience with access reviews and governance.

✦   Exposure to AWS services (IAM, S3, Lambda) is good to have.

✦   Basic Python scripting is good to have.

✦   Experience with Salesforce Shield is good to have.

✦   Knowledge of SSO, SAML, OAuth is good to have.

✦   Experience with DevOps tools such as Copado or Gearset is good to have.

✦   Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs is good to have.
