Job Responsibilities:

✦   Manage end-to-end user lifecycle including provisioning, deactivation, and role/profile assignment.

✦   Design and maintain roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.

✦   Implement least privilege access model across Salesforce environments.

✦   Control record-level access using OWD, role hierarchy, and sharing rules.

✦   Conduct periodic user access reviews and security audits.

✦   Ensure compliance with SOC/SOX controls and audit requirements.

✦   Maintain audit trails, login monitoring, and security checks.

✦   Support internal and external audits with proper documentation.

✦   Monitor and optimize Salesforce governor limits such as SOQL, CPU time, and DML usage.

✦   Manage change control, sandbox deployments, and release processes.

✦   Collaborate with developers to ensure secure and scalable solutions.

✦   Create reports and dashboards for user activity, access, and compliance monitoring.

✦   Track system performance and usage metrics and mitigate risks proactively.

Job Requirements:

✦   5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience with a focus on security.

✦   Strong knowledge of profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing rules, OWD, and role hierarchy.

✦   Strong understanding of Salesforce security model and access control mechanisms.

✦   Experience supporting SOC/SOX audits and compliance requirements.

✦   Hands-on experience with access reviews and governance processes.

✦   Ability to enforce field-level security and data protection policies.

✦   Experience with Salesforce automation using Flows.

✦   Basic understanding of DevOps and release management processes.

✦   Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
