Job Responsibilities:

✦   Manage user lifecycle including provisioning, deactivation, role/profile assignment, and permission sets.

✦   Design and maintain role hierarchy, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.

✦   Conduct periodic user access reviews and audits.

✦   Implement least privilege access model and control record-level visibility using OWD, role hierarchy, and sharing rules.

✦   Ensure sensitive data is not exposed unnecessarily.

✦   Ensure compliance with SOC and SOX controls.

✦   Monitor and enforce data security policies, field-level security, and object access.

✦   Support internal and external audits with documentation and evidence.

✦   Maintain audit trails, login monitoring, and security health checks.

✦   Implement IP restrictions, MFA policies, and session security settings.

✦   Monitor and optimize Salesforce governor limits.

✦   Maintain change management and release processes including sandbox and deployments.

✦   Develop basic automation using Flow.

✦   Support integrations with external systems including AWS services.

✦   Generate reports and dashboards related to user activity, access, and compliance.

✦   Track system performance and proactively identify risks.

Job Requirements:

✦   5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience.

✦   Strong knowledge of user management including profiles, roles, and permission sets.

✦   Deep understanding of Salesforce security model and platform constraints.

✦   Experience supporting SOC/SOX audits and compliance requirements.

✦   Familiarity with Salesforce Setup, Reports, and Dashboards.

✦   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

✦   Basic knowledge of AWS services (S3, IAM, Lambda) preferred.

✦   Basic Python scripting knowledge preferred.

✦   Experience with Identity and Access Management (SSO, OAuth, SAML) is a plus.

✦   Exposure to DevOps tools such as Copado or Gearset is a plus.

✦   Knowledge of Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs is a plus.
