Job Responsibilities:

✦   Lead the design and development of scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise business requirements and architectural standards.

✦   Develop and enhance Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Visualforce, and JavaScript.

✦   Design and implement complex integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and external system connections.

✦   Define and enforce best practices for coding standards, security models, DevOps processes, and release management.

✦   Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end Salesforce solutions.

✦   Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and optimize system performance and scalability.

✦   Mentor junior developers and contribute to building technical capability within the team.

✦   Maintain technical documentation and stay updated with Salesforce releases and ecosystem advancements.

Job Requirements:

✦   10+ years of experience in Salesforce development, solution design, or technical architecture roles.

✦   Strong hands-on expertise in Apex, LWC, Aura components, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, JavaScript, Salesforce CLI, VS Code, and Salesforce DX.

✦   Proven experience in integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools, and CI/CD pipelines.

✦   Deep knowledge of Salesforce Health Cloud (mandatory), along with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

✦   Strong understanding of security and sharing models, performance optimization, and scalable architecture design.

✦   Experience in DevOps practices, release management, and deployment automation.

✦   Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

✦   Salesforce Platform Developer I and II certifications (mandatory).

✦   Experience working in healthcare or enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations preferred.
