Job Responsibilities:

✦   Lead and manage end-to-end Salesforce projects.

✦   Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform and products.

✦   Architect, design, and develop advanced custom applications on the Salesforce platform using Apex programming.

✦   Hands-on design and development of custom solutions on the Force.com platform including declarative customization, APEX, Visualforce, Lightning Components, data modeling, integration, and data migration.

✦   Provide detailed level of effort estimates for proposed solutions and articulate the benefits and risks to a solution’s feasibility and functionality.

✦   Develop custom solutions and interfaces leveraging the Salesforce platform.

✦   Integrate with third-party applications and other Salesforce modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.).

✦   Lead the technical delivery of Salesforce implementations including development of custom solutions and interfaces, managing technical scope and client expectation, and maintaining system integrity.

✦   Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation including design specifications, deployment guides, and system support guides.

✦   Ensure the Salesforce system aligns with business processes and collaborate with stakeholders to continually improve and further optimize the system.

✦   Perform code reviews for ongoing projects to ensure that code quality is at the highest level possible and appropriate design patterns are being used.

✦   Provide mentorship and supervise development team.

✦   Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce updates and features to provide guidance on best practices and new functionalities.

✦   Optimize scheduling and routing functionalities to improve efficiency.

✦   Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for existing implementations.

✦   Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

✦   Create comprehensive documentation for configurations, processes, and user guides.

Job Requirements:

✦   Strong knowledge of Salesforce features and capabilities.

✦   Proficiency in Salesforce development tools: Apex, Integration and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

✦   Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration tools: Process Builder, Flow Builder, and Validation Rules.

✦   Experience with Salesforce integration (REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware).

✦   Salesforce Certified Developer I/II (Preferred).

✦   Salesforce Administrator (Preferred).

✦   Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud Consultant (Preferred).

✦   5+ years of hands-on Salesforce implementation experience.

✦   Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies (PI Planning and other Scrum Ceremonies).

✦   Familiarity with tools like Jira, Git, and CI/CD pipelines and deployment tools.

✦   Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

✦   Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work with cross-functional teams.

✦   Stakeholder management.

✦   Team Management.
