Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality Salesforce solutions, primarily focusing on Service Cloud features such as Console, Omnichannel, Case Management, Knowledge, and CTI integrations.

✦   Write robust, scalable, and efficient Apex code, Triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) / Aura Components.

✦   Implement and manage Salesforce integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and other relevant technologies.

✦   Conduct code reviews, ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.

✦   Collaborate closely with Salesforce Business Analysts, QA, and other developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

✦   Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

✦   Participate in release management, change management, and deployment activities.

✦   Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to the Salesforce platform.

Job Requirements:

✦   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

✦   6-10 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer, with significant experience in Service Cloud.

✦   Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, and SOSL.

✦   Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration (workflows, process builder, flows, custom objects, fields, validation rules, permissions).

✦   Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Metadata API).

✦   Familiarity with deployment tools and methodologies for Salesforce e.g Copado.

✦   Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

✦   Ability to work effectively in an Agile development environment.

✦   Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II.

✦   Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant.

✦   Salesforce Certified Administrator.
