Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design and configure autonomous agents using Agentforce Builder to ensure accurate, branded, and secure interactions within Salesforce ecosystem.

✦   Build custom agent actions by integrating Apex classes, Salesforce Flows, and Integration APIs to allow agents to execute real-time business logic.

✦   Integrate Agentforce Standard and Custom Agents with Salesforce CRM/Data Cloud for intelligent automation ensuring they have a unified, 360-degree view of customer data for highly personalized responses.

✦   Act as a technical advisor to stakeholders, identifying OOTB high-impact AI use cases (e.g., automated lead qualification, 24/7 service agents, or sales coaching).

✦   Develop and maintain Apex classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and APIs.

✦   Optimize Salesforce workflows, triggers, and automation processes.

✦   Provide expertise on best practices, governance, and Salesforce ecosystem adoption.

✦   Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high-quality deliverables.

Job Requirements:

✦   B.E/B.Tech (CS/IT or a related field) with minimum 7-9 years of experience in relevant field.

✦   Min 5-6 years experience in Salesforce development, including deep proficiency in Apex, LWC, and Flow Builder.

✦   Hands-on experience building and deploying agents via Agentforce.

✦   Proven track record of connecting Salesforce with external systems like ERP using REST/SOAP APIs to extend agent capabilities.

✦   Hands-on experience in Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and integrations.

✦   Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer II, Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist) are a plus.

✦   Very good communication in English.

✦   UG: Any Graduate.

✦   PG: Any Postgraduate.
