✦ Develop and customize solutions in Service Cloud using LWC, Apex, and Triggers.
✦ Implement and enhance Agentforce (AI-driven agent productivity tools, automation, bots).
✦ Configure and optimize:
✦ Case Management
✦ Omni-Channel
✦ Service Console
✦ Automate business processes using Flows and AI capabilities.
✦ Improve system performance and reduce technical debt.
✦ Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance agent experience and customer service efficiency.
Job Requirements:
✦ Strong experience in Salesforce Service Cloud.
✦ Hands-on expertise in LWC, Apex, and Triggers.
✦ Experience with Agentforce / AI-powered Salesforce features / Einstein.
✦ 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
✦ Experience with Einstein Bots / AI automation.
✦ CTI integrations.
✦ Service Cloud Voice.
✦ Knowledge of source control & code review practices.
