Job Responsibilities:

✦   Work with clients and end-users to gather, understand, and define business requirements.

✦   Participate in requirement sessions, system demos, user acceptance testing, and end-user training.

✦   Collaborate with team members and mentor co-workers.

✦   Evaluate and incorporate new technologies into frameworks and solutions.

✦   Handle multiple projects and ensure timely delivery.

✦   Translate business requirements into technical deliverables.

Job Requirements:

✦   6 to 11 years of experience.

✦   Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.

✦   Experience with Amazon Connect is a plus.

✦   Strong business analyst skills including user stories, JIRA, and Agile methodology.

✦   Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM products.

✦   Hands-on experience configuring Salesforce including workflows, process builder, and flows.

✦   Experience with automation tools and data management tools.

✦   Strong documentation, prioritization, and training skills.

✦   Excellent communication skills.

✦   Salesforce certification is a plus.
