Job Responsibilities:

✦   Develop and customize Service Cloud features (Cases, Flows, Omni-Channel, Knowledge).

✦   Implement Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations.

✦   Configure automation using Flows, Process Builder, and Validation Rules.

✦   Build and maintain integrations with external systems via APIs.

✦   Support deployments, bug fixes, and production support activities.

✦   Collaborate with architects, admins, and business teams to deliver solutions.

✦   Ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to Salesforce best practices.

Job Requirements:

✦   5-8+ years of Salesforce development experience.

✦   Strong hands-on skills in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.

✦   Experience with Service Cloud configuration and customization.

✦   Familiarity with CI/CD, deployments, and version control.

✦   Understanding of Salesforce security and governor limits.

✦   Salesforce Developer / Service Cloud certifications preferred.
