Job Responsibilities:
✦ Design, develop, and implement Salesforce components including Apex classes, triggers, Lightning components, and Visualforce pages to meet business requirements.
✦ Design and implement Service Cloud features such as patient management, care plans, provider networks, and interoperability with EHR systems.
✦ Participate in application development including Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Lightning Pages.
✦ Assist in release cycles to implement and deploy new features or updates to existing applications.
✦ Conduct unit and system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure code quality.
✦ Contribute to technical documentation and ensure coding best practices and data integrity.
✦ Collaborate closely with the Salesforce Administrator for support and enhancements.
✦ Motivate and guide the team to implement creative solutions while fostering a collaborative and agile environment.
✦ Cross-train peers and mentor teammates to strengthen overall team capability.
✦ Stay updated on key technological trends and identify opportunities to integrate them into organizational processes.
✦ Participate in talent selection, training, and recruitment of technical and architectural roles.
✦ Engage with clients to define long-term technology vision, create solution roadmaps, and align architecture with business goals.
✦ Identify and evaluate new technologies, assess feasibility, and recommend solutions for adoption.
✦ Translate business requirements into conceptual and detailed technology designs and develop proof-of-concepts to demonstrate business value.
✦ Provide architectural leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to defined blueprints and standards.
✦ Develop technology roadmaps and contribute to business development activities such as solution demos, pricing, and proposals.
✦ Establish and maintain strong relationships with business and IT stakeholders, providing regular project updates and strategic input.
✦ Contribute to intellectual property development, innovation events, and governance initiatives.
Job Requirements:
✦ 8–12 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on development expertise.
✦ Proven experience with Service Cloud or Life Sciences implementations.
✦ Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and LWC development.
✦ Experience in leading and mentoring teams in an agile, fast-paced environment.
✦ Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
✦ Ability to translate business needs into scalable, high-performing solutions.
✦ Experience with release management, testing, debugging, and deployment processes.
✦ Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
✦ A proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.
