Job Responsibilities:
✦ Support enterprise-scale production simulation and stabilization activities for a complex Salesforce ecosystem.
✦ Perform Tier 3 incident analysis, troubleshooting, defect isolation, and production simulation support.
✦ Coordinate with Tier 2 support teams and system integrators.
✦ Provide root cause analysis and rapid issue triage in production environments.
✦ Work across Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, integrations, and Salesforce platform configurations.
✦ Support operational stability during production simulation and stabilization phases.
Job Requirements:
✦ Experience in Salesforce Service Cloud environments.
✦ Strong troubleshooting skills across Apex, LWC, Flows, integrations, and Salesforce configurations.
✦ Ability to perform production support, defect identification, and root cause analysis.
✦ Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant certification required.
✦ Experience working in enterprise support environments with multiple vendors and fast-paced incident resolution.
✦ Bachelor of Engineering qualification preferred.
