Job Responsibilities:
✦ Oversee end-to-end Salesforce service delivery. Work closely with system integrators, manage performance and resources, and handle key escalations to ensure smooth operations. Optimize costs, strengthen vendor partnerships, and drive continuous improvements across Application Management Services. Take ownership of the complete Salesforce service delivery lifecycle, including governance, operational performance, KPIs, SLAs monitoring, and data-driven insights. Leverage analytics to assess service performance, manage demand, resources, and budgets, and drive strategic improvements. Oversee system integrations and automation initiatives, implementing AI-enabled enhancements. Serve as a liaison between operations, business, product development, and management teams, translating business requirements into architectural solutions and leading continuous improvement cycles.
Job Requirements:
✦ 8+ years of experience in service and vendor management, including 4+ years with Salesforce AMS in Service domains. Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Field Service, Customer Support, and Case Management. Strong knowledge of service-level governance including SLAs, OLAs, KPIs, operational reporting, and performance monitoring. Experience with service management frameworks such as ITIL 4, COBIT, or SIAM Foundation. Ability to manage complex multi-vendor service landscapes and build strong stakeholder relationships. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, with a Master’s degree preferred. Strong communication skills in English.
